KEGG'S CARPNETRY

Scott Kegg took money from me to order supplies, pay the sub-contractors and to finish a job. Instead of paying the vendors, subs and finishing the job he pocketed the money and walked off the job leaving me with a mess and a lot of money I had to repay if I wanted to finish the job. I have documentation (from Scott) for what I paid him and what it was for. I have documentation that he did not pay his sub-contrators and the amounts owed. He owed sub-contrators over $50K on this job. He also built a furnace room in my attic. He didn't put a pan under the furnace and for the second time in the past two years I had water running through the ceilings of my two boys rooms beneath this furnace room. I have documentation from two reputable HVAC companies that the job done was really bad and wouldn't work properly for long. I paid Scott for a NEW furnace, new condenser, new evaporator, new humidifier through his HVAC (DOW HVAC Inc. Greg Dow out of Sycamore). What they put in was a 2010 furnace and they didn't even install the humidifier until I called Dow in 2012 regarding how dry it was in my upstairs rooms and asked him to come show me how to adjust the thermostat (which was also to be new and was paid for in full). Scott should be in jail. I had most of his subs help me finish the job via a new and outstanding contractor and the stories they told was unreal. This guy has been cheating and scamming people for years! I have documentation for all of these claims. What paid/when paid/to whom it was paid and bills from the sub-contrators who he did not pay. I GAVE SCOTT MONEY TO PAY THE SUB-CONTRACTORS, PAY THE VENDORS FOR MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES NEEDED AND PAID HIM TO FINISH A JOB. INSTEAD HE WALKED OFF THE JOB WHEN I STARTED QUESTIONING WHERE ITEMS LIKE THE CABINET/TILE/FLOORING WAS. TODAY I HAVE STATE FARMS ADJUSTOR AND STATE FARM ATTORNEY COMING OUT TO DOCUMENT AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE FURNACE AND HUMIDIFIER HE AND DOW HVAC, INC. INSTALLED.
