JULANNE SPEER

My family of 5 people and 2 dogs had to find a rental home very suddenly. I ran around looking and calling rentals in the paper, with no luck. I happened to inquire about a home listed with Julanne Speer, co-owner of Speermark Properties. I didn't care for that home, but found a great one with another Realty Co. I placed 4 calls to the listing agent, with no response. Julanne happened to call me to see how we were making out. When I told her about this other home, she jumped into action, made calls, got answers, DROVE me to see the inside of this home, made 3 trips to our house with all the paperwork, and got us our new temporary home. The reason I was SO impressed is that Julanne knows we are here for just a very short time until we relocate back East. She knows we have no intentions of buying a home here. This is a woman who's company both builds and sells multi-million dollar homes, has 4 small children, yet gave our family all this help and genuine concern.
