Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Called for estimate. They came, took measures, discussed estimate, and promised to send detailed estimate via email within a few days. No estimate arrived. Called back after ~1 week, and they promised again to send estimate. No estimate arrived. I gave up on the company.

It went really well. JLA's work was great. Things were straight. The guys were punctual and a pleasure to have in my house. They were courteous and had relatively tidy work habits. Still, I had to do some light cleaning after they left. We've gotten great reviews from our friends when they have seen the end product. We had one instance where the master bath shower floor was installed off-kilter and needed to be redone; there was no problem having Drew relay the floor. Where two showers had their bases caulked with the wrong color, Drew also removed/replaced the caulk without an issue.
