Expensive. But the shades, so far, have been great. Installation was easy and smooth. She came out to do custom measuring and color advice. The price was a bit of a pill to swallow, but we'll have these and get good use out of them for years. Glad to have spent the money for quality.

I go to Licht because they provide good service, and have knowledgeable people who I can count on to help me get what I need. On this project, I had a very strange problem. I ordered paint for a very large ceiling, and it turns out that they had two different formulas for my color. Because of this I ended up putting several extra coats of paint on the ceiling, which cost me about a week of time on my remodel. To their credit, the manager did everything he could to make this right, and ended up replacing about 10 gallons of paint at no cost to me. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with anything I've bought at Lichts, and although I would prefer not to have had a problem, but it was nice to see how willing they were to do what they could to make it right.
