Josh Perez took a deposit and kept it. No work done. He texted that all immigrants should go back to where they came from and if I want to be American, I can take him to court to get my money back.

They did the work in a timely manner even considering it was during one of their busiest times of the year. They did extra scraping and coats of paint above and beyond their quote for places that needed it. They requested that I do a close visual inspection for any touch-ups prior to sending the invoice.

Power washed house first then put on 2 Coats of paint. They also did all the trim,Garage Doors,Doors,Gutters and window trim. Painters were nice. It was done in 2 days. Very happy with the Quality of work.

It was very satisfactory. They were very professional and they did what they were supposed to do and that's it.

They told me that normally they send 2 guys to paint, but one of the guys was on vacation, so I had a team of 1 guy. I was expecting more attention to drywall issues like nail pops. The painter was angry with me when I pointed out nail pops that he had missed. He did fix them but he was visibly angry. I was delighted that they were able to fit my job in to their busy work load so quickly.
Also, they had to do an estimate for the ceiling after it was already painted. So I was delighted that the estimate was fair. Since the work was already done it would have been tough to argue price.

We called the company to assess the need for some wood repair on our cedar home in August. They came out and gave us an estimate on the wood repairs that we needed and suggested that we get the home painted with one coat as well . After inspecting the home we decided that this was a good idea and may prevent the need for future wood repair and the need for a two coat painting in the near future. It took until October for them to finally set up a start date to work on our home. The communication with this company is poor! When the work was supposed to start , it took two days before the carpenter showed up. No call no show ....then when he showed up he started the work and told us he would be back the next day and did not show up again all day until 3pm . He said he did not come because they scheduled him at another job. Needless to say, this company does not have any regard for the customer's time. The work was good, we do not have any complaints with that. We just wish the communication with the customer was a greater priority . We will have to really consider other painters next time around. I will definitely seek other options!

They do great work. We curerntly have them at our home doing deck repairs and restaining. So we did rehire them because we like them. The price was very reasonable.

Once the job got started, it went very smoothly. There were delays due to scheduling, weather etc. The crew was very respectful of our property and cheerful. Nice guys who did great work. Justin is the owner, Jeremy was the crew manager, and Angel was the boss of in his absence. Angel's English is very good. They prepped, caulked, and stained and painted two coats on the entire house. Plus we changed our minds about one of the colors and they charged us very little to redo those sections which were way up on the third story.

They were very meticulous and did a great job. The product was great. The price and quality was excellent. They came on time.

J and J's price was about 10% higher, but competitive with three other quotes I obtained. Justin took much more time examining the entire exterior surface of the house than the other three companies. I had some peeling paint on about 15% of the total surface. Justin explained the failure mechanism for the peeling paint and recommended the use of a membrane primer on the entire surface.After researching the membrane primer, I was convinced that J and J's remomendation was sound and that the additional cost was justified based on greater overall value.The work performed was very good, although there was a small communication problem between me, the schedule coordinator and the painters. The painters did not paint the trim around the windows as called for in the scope of work. However, during Justin's post-job follow up he promised to have the painter return to paint the trim. Which they did.Overall I was pleased with the job and would use their service again.

They were real good and did a good job. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They did not damage anything around the exterior of the house. They did the prep work that they promised they would do, and the deal included two coats. The paint has been holding up well, and I don't have any issues with it. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I thought they did an OK job. They were prompt and did an OK job although not perfect job of painting. They returned each year for the maintenance. HOWEVER - appearances were completely deceiving. They did an absolutely terrible job of caulking. Three different inspectors/repairmen have been out over the last 2 weeks to inspect/give estimates on repairing every window sill and door frame in our home. Their comments have all been the same "Who did this caulking?" "Someone was learning on the job on your house." "This may as well have not been caulked at all." Every window sill and door frame has rot and damage because of the terrible caulking they did. To further the insult - Jand J recommended a carpentry company to fix the problems which is a spin off with the same owner - Justin Eggers. Shameful.
