We bought our home from a developer and soon after we moved in, discovered that the shower in the master bath did not drain properly, due to uneven tile. The developer gave us the name and number of Jeff at J E T, the original installer, and told us that he would fix the problem. I left many messages for Jeff between December of 2007 and April of 2008. He finally came out to re-tile the shower on 4/29 and 4/30. At the time, my husband and I were temporarily living in England, so my father met him at our home to let him in to perform the work. When my husband and I returned home in early June, we discovered that the problem had been made worse by the "fix". We have about 1/8 inch of standing water in our shower after use and he replaced the original stainless steel screws in the drain cap with screws that rusted. I have since called Jeff on multiple occasions without response.
Description of Work: Re-tile shower floor as an attempt to correct his original inferior job.
