Independent Restoration Services was wonderful!! Our washer was hooked up incorrectly. When we ran it for the first time it flooded the laundry room, bathroom, and my bedroom. I called IRS and they came out immediately. They walked us through everything, including the insurance process. They answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Independent Restoration Services.

Independent Restoration Services was fantastic! We arrived home in the middle of the night after a 10-day vacation to find water ALL OVER from our toilet. We didn’t think anyone would pick up in the middle of the night, but Independent Restoration Services did! They were at our home within 40-minutes and took care of everything! They walked us through the insurance process and answered every question we had. I can’t recommend them enough!

Colton answered our request for an estimate and came out in a timely manner. His estimate was in line with the others. He was hired because we were impressed with him and his ability to answer our questions and with his honesty. He and his crew did an excellent job in all phases of their work (removing our furniture and carefully packing our decor, drying, taking out the damaged flooring, baseboards, drywall, etc.). After our contractor finished his work, Colton and his crew returned and placed everything back in its place (had made pics). We cannot recommend IRS more highly.

Johnny and his team were phenomenal. Quick to respond and got to work right away. Johnny helped us out with the insurance process and made sure everything was covered appropriately. Johnny is honest, dependable, responsive and shows up when he says he will. If I ever need this type of service again, there is no one else I will call on.

We obtained quotes from multiple companies. IRS was the answer. We were getting very frustrated until Colton showed up. It was a great decision. Very professional. Answered all our questions. Very polite. Crew that showed up was excellent. Polite. Did an awesome job. We are so thankful we found them.

Iâ  m so thankful Restoration Services were able to help me when a water tank leaked and flooded a commercial building. They were very professional, arriving just a few hours after being contacted. All four young men were courteous, and explained in full what the recovery process would entail. They worked hard as a team to get all the fans/dehumidifiers running to start the drying process, and helped move things that I had missed. . I was notified of ETAs while they traveled to pick up equipment at jobâ  s end. Thanks again Nick, to you and your team for getting us through this very trying time. May your business be blessed .
