We have been using this company for over 10 years, for twice yearly gutter cleaning as well as window cleaning. We recently had our gutters cleaned, and, as usual, the staff was punctual, friendly, neat, and informative. We will continue to use this service for any future gutter cleaning and repair.

I made him realign the gutter two times as it still dipped at first. But he did as I asked and it looked good at the end.

The job went fine, all around the house, and when the guys were working over the deck, the debris was tossed down.  But, HAPPILY, they did a nice clean up by blowing off the deck, and it was cleaner than when they started!

They were very responsive to my call when I called them. They sent someone out. The quality of the work was fine and good.

The guys showed up and told me he can not do any repairs at that time and said that they can only clean.  They cleaned, estimated the repair work needed and left.  This was never told to me.  I was expecting them to do the repairs as well.  The cost for cleaning was much higher than my normal cleaning service that I used.  I would have never used them if I knew they were not going to do the repair at the same time!  The receptionist who took my call should have explained to me exactly what was going to happen.  She was in too much oa hurry to get me scheduled.

Arrived when scheduled to. Assessed the gutters and downspouts. Re-attached downspouts. Then scheduled a return visit to repair underground drainage. Did a great job including clean-up. Very professional.

We recently moved into a house that already had gutter guards but we noticed that they seemed to be filled and overflowing every time it rained.  My husband attempted to clean the gutters but had to remove the current gutter guards to clean them.  Up on the 2nd floor that was a bit more problematic.  We decided to call the Gutter Medics after reading reviews on Angie's List.
It took about two weeks to get on the schedule.  They do cleaning year round, but it helps if it is warm enough for the ice in the gutters to have thawed.  They originally came on 12/10 but determined they needed to come back on the following Saturday that was supposed to be warmer to finish the job.
He showed up later in the afternoon and cleaned the gutters.  Because the style of the gutter guards they had to be removed and could not be put back on.  That was a disappointment, but not a surprise.  The additional charge for us was for the removal of the gutter guards.
They do not schedule specific appointment times.  If you are not home they will take a credit card number or you can leave a check.

Had the company come out for the second or third time -- had used them in the past.The job was done professionally, men were very polite. I had reduced the number of windows to be cleaned. The guys left without leaving an invoice. When I got the billit was the same as previous amounts, but I had reduced the number of windows to be cleaned. I questioned the billand was told that they had raised their prices! Two guys were in my home for 1 1/2 hours, so a total of 3 hours. I figured thehourly rate was $150 to $200 an hour which was really high. Other companies charge much less. Window cleaning isnot rocket science and I was unhappy with their attitude, especially in a time of recession.

They were very good just a little pricey.

Overall very well. I wasn't sure the gutter could be repaired right on the spot, I though that I've get an estimate and have to wait. However, everything was done quickly and the repairman was very professional and helpful. I plan to call upon them to clean the gutters.

My house is a 2 story colonial with an attached garage. There are a total of 4 gutters and 4 downspouts, with two gutters on the main part of the house and two on the garage part. From a bedroom window, I have a clear view of one of the garage gutters. It was half filled with leaves and debris. The main house gutters are closer to trees, so they must have been even more clogged. Also, my house is situated on a hill, so the distance from the ground to the gutter on the downhill side is nearly three stories. I definitely did not want to climb a 40 ft ladder to clear out the gutter myself. I called Hagan on a Thursday and after a few questions (square footage of house, any gutter covers or special circumstances), the pleasant lady explained their cleaning process, which also included routing out the downspouts. She gave me an estimate of $150 and scheduled an appointment for the following week. She took my credit card info and asked if I wanted to have my card billed or pay by check. I opted to have my card billed. I told her no one was home during the day. She said that would not be a problem. She also asked if I wanted them to haul away the gutter debris at an additional charge or to leave it somewhere on the property. I said it'd be fine to leave it on the planting beds on the sideyards. They came out the following Tuesday. I knew this because as I pulled into the driveway that evening, I noticed the driveway was wet near the garage door - they must have used a pressure washer to clean up afterwards. I went up to my bedroom and looked out onto the garage gutter and saw it was cleared of all debris. A couple of days later, I received a receipt in the mail, along with a brief report that no problems were noted. All in all, a very easy experience.

I had a very positive experience with Gutter Medics. The woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. I understand from others that I might have been able to find a cheaper option but I am would be willing to use this company again based on the quality of the service.

they quoted over the phone based on the homes sq footage. I liked this approach, it was not "lets make a deal" as many contractors like to play this game. they were prompt, cordial, and professional. I will use them again.

I got a call from one of the fellows that if it is all right for them to come early. I said yes. Two fellows showed up. They were very friendly and went to work right away. Not a minute was wasted, they got the cleaning job done. Apparently the silt from the shingle clogged the gutter, they cleaned it up right away. I will recommend them to any one.

Fair price professional service and they showed up on time.

Very good, gutters were cleaned, they left no mess, and also told me about some problems with my gutters, not as a sales pitch, but simply to make me aware of some issues with the way the gutters attached to the roof and facia.

Because my gutters were loaded with maple tree saplings and running over with every rain storm Hagan moved me to the head of the line so to speak.

They were very prompt with answering the call and providing an estimate and in doing the work. We have large maple trees around us that drop seeds in massive quantities and clog up our gutters. The screens have done a great job in preventing the seeds from getting trapped.

I thought they were good. We didn’t have to be here which is nice, and I like that it is a local company. I believe their price was a little bit higher than others.

After Angie’s list notified them last week of our complaint, Hagan Services promptly addressed our issue by calling us and reviewing the information that we provided. They immediately apologized for a late response and said that they will reimburse us for all of our cost associated with remediating and fixing damage done to our bathroom as a result of an error. Their professionalism in responding to resolving our compliant was greatly appreciated. Because of this action it has restored our faith in their company and we trust future services will be done with care and quality we have seen in the past.

They were very good and were very professional. The price was very good for a 4400 sq ft home. We will definitely use them again.

Office personnel were friendly and helpful, very willing to work around my schedule. Crew arrived promptly at appointed time. Worked extremely fast - here and gone in under 15 minutes. I have a split level home, approximately 1700 sq ft and paid $140. The price was at the the higher end. I was a little disappointed to find piles of debris on the ground around my house after they left. They were supposed to clean it all up. So value relative to price diminished. They did find a downspout that needed to be replaced and promised to call with an estimate the following day. I did get a call. However the estimate to replace a standard down spout - nothing unusual or special - was $150. It seemed excessively high especially for 'B' grade work and I elected not to have them do it. I might use Hagan again to clean. They seem reliable but it will depend on the prevailing circumstances.

I have used Hagan before and will continue to use them. I use them for annual gutter cleaning and window washing and this year for power washing. I find them prompt and professional and they perform quality work quickly.
