Experience was excellent. Very good prices. It was a big job at a good price. He was very informative about what was going on with my car. It took two days for service to be complete. He does have a small waiting area.

The overall experience is very good. I have used his services for 8-9 years and I think that he is the best mechanic in Chicago. I have four old Mercedes cars and I keep them maintained quite well, so I spend an average of $3500-$4000 a year with Gus. He is independent, so he gets busy sometimes and might not be immediately responsive but he is very trustworthy.
