I called about 15 different locksmiths and non of them wanted to be bothered fixing this lock. It was a lock for a pinball machine I have. I called Goldy Locks and they were very honest on the phone. They couldn't guarantee whether they could fix it or not, but that they would come out and try. They guy came out and not only got the machine open but also took the lock out for me. He didn't have a replacement in the truck but he told me if I wanted one, I could go into their place or to any other locksmith and get a key made with the lock that he took out. I didn't have to pay for a new lock, I just paid for a service call. Compared to everyone else they were the cheapest. He did a beautiful job and no damage was done to the machine at all. It was perfect.

Service provided was very professional. Information was helpful and he kept us informed of what the problem was and what he was going to do to remedy our problem.

I needed the locks on four exterior doors rekeyed same day. I called Goldy Locks at approximately 9 am and spoke with Mike. He explained the pricing ($89 service call/labor charge; $20 per tumbler to rekey; $2.75 per new key) before making the appointment. Pricing was fair and competitive. He was able to arrange a service call for the same day during a window of time convenient for me (what? seriously, that never happens). The technician was in the area early so Mike called to see if I would be available for him to start sooner, if not he could meet at the original time. Lance arrived on time , was courteous, and very efficient. In fact, he was in-and-out in less then 30 minutes. I found a coupon in a local mailer so I was able to get $15 off my final price. Noticed the same coupon on their website too. I was very happy with Goldy Locks and would recommend them to anyone needed a locksmith.

Very professional, courteous, and clean

Locksmith was punctual, friendly, professional, and very efficient. He also cleaned up completely after his work was finished.
I definitely recommend them.
PS Also highly recommend them for making extra copies of keys - the ones they made all worked perfectly as opposed to the ones I got done elsewhere. Keys made at Home Depot, Menards, and Ace are not worth it - they are cheaper and seldom work.
For an extra $.25/key, the ones Goldy Locks makes always work and never need to be returned.
