+ -1 moreI can't say enough about Glenn's work. His professionalism, expertise, creativity, and personality are outstanding. He was very easy to work with during all phases of the project and kept the process moving. Any time there was a structural question, Glenn made sure that professional architectural standards were met. During his site inspections, he also noted items that needed attention by the contractors.
Description of Work: Glenn was hired to to design our room addition. Glenn met with us to diiscuss various ideas based on our current floorplan, space needs and yard availability. He took detailed interior and exterior measurements of our entire house then provided different floorplan layouts and site views for our consiideration. He met with us and our contractor to discuss design and structural changes. Glen offered many ideas during this procees. Once we decided on a final floorplan, he provided initial darwings that allowed us to obtain a variance from our village based on the placement of the addition in relation to our lot lines. Once the variance was obtained, he provided the drawings necessary to obtain a building permit from our village. Throughout the building process, Glenn made site inspections at critical points and before village inspections as well as when requested by us. He also was available for consultation when our contractor had questions.
