Work was sloppy. Did not perform all required work as promised.  Would not make corrective changes.  Charged a lot of money and quality should have been better.

After getting two very overpriced estimates from two well known window replacement companies I decided to join Angies List and find a local hidden gem company to do the work. After finding Gildo Siding and Windows on Angies List and reading the reviews and ratings I called them to get an estimate. When Jim Gildo jr. (the owner of the company) arrived wearing his excercise clothes, he was on his way to work out, I found that a little unprofesional but who cares after he gave me a price of $3,100 to do the whole job. I was very happy considering the two previous estimates I received ranged in price from $6,500.00 to over $8,000.00. I was so happy that I gave him $300.00 cash deposit and he said the work would be done within 45 days. After waiting 60 days and not hearing back from him I started calling him and when he got back to me he said he was still looking for a window manufacturer to make the window. Huh???? He promised me he would call me back in one day. After three more days of not hearing from him I called HIM back and that is when he told me he would not be able to do the job and he already put my refund check in the mail. He claimed I only gave him a $100 dollar deposit, not the $300 dollar deposit I gave him. And now another 30 days later the check still has not arrived. As of this writing I still am trying to get my money back from him, or some portion of it anyway. This man is very unprofesional and is bordering on criminal if he does not refund my money.

They were very professional, they even took their shoes off when they came in the house. They also did some windows in my neighbor's house and they were pleased. They go beyond the call of duty and they are very thoughtful. I would recommend them.

They scheduled the work promptly. A two man crew finished in less than a day. They did a nice job. They were neat and clean. We were very pleased with the quality and the overall service.
