For the last four years, I've used them exclusively to do my heating and air checks I have a home warranty and they recommended that Four Suns does the work. They are my number one go-to heating and air conditioning company. The cost is reasonable.  Jason, the owner, always comes. He does the work himself. Sometimes he brings somebody he's training. He's very professional, prompt and pleasant and very good at what he does. He wrote up documentation to give the inspector when I found a buyer for my home. No complaints, I would recommend him to anybody. His cost is so low for high quality service. He always comes out himself. Even if he brings someone in training. He's never not come in all the years that he's services me. I guess he likes me as much as I like him.

I have two units. He came out and he checked both units to make sure it was operating properly. I also have two humidifiers. In addition to cleaning them and preforming all the checks, he sold me a new filter for one of the humidifiers. He's always been excellent. He's always prompt, he comes out with in one or two days and he's very thorough. The quality of his work is very high. He knew that I was getting ready to sell the house so he provided documentation that could be passed on to any inspector that might come in and said he would be available to talk with them about everything. I can't think of any improvements, he's that good.

They are so professional and honest. They don't oversell. They even came out once when I fully expected to have to purchase a new system. They could have sold me a new unit but instead did some things and were able to make it last five more years. I am so grateful. I highly recommend Four Suns.

I've used Four Suns for the past ten years, over the ownership of two homes. In that time I've never had anything to complain about regarding them. They're always on time, appears efficient, and never once did I have to call them back to fix something that they've just done. Specifically for this big job, Jason showed up right on time and the work was done ahead of schedule. This was months ago and so far everything is absolutely perfect. You won't regret using Four Suns. I had a standard 13 seer condenser as well as a variable speed 96% efficient gas furnace installed. The Angie's list app isn't letting me enter the cost in the cost field, it was about $5600.

Jason diagnosed and found the problem pretty much as soon as he got here. He was professional, personable and efficient. He patiently answered any and all questions we had. Provided me with extremely helpful and insightful tips and info about our furnace. Didn't try to sell us anything or push any additional service. Very honest and competent - and all this for a very reasonable rate.
Our previous heating and AC guy had retired and we were trying to find someone we could trust and give us a fair deal. Jason and his family owned company - Four Suns Heating and Cooling Inc. - are the real deal and we're perfectly comfortable with them taking over as our new heating/AC contact. Couldn't recommend them any higher.

Recommended by a neighbor, had them check our furnace after we moved into our home. They were prompt, courteous and very thorough. We had an issues with the furnace a couple of months later and they credited the annual service fee towards the repair.

Our heater stopped working on one of the below zero days, and my husband tried to fix it as best he could but we needed some help. Contacted Four Suns and spoke with Jason who was kind enough to help my husband trouble shoot over the phone at no charge. We were not able to obtain the part we needed on our own, so John, the owner came out the next day and fixed our problem. These folks are honest, and trustworthy and we use them for our air conditioner maintenance too. Not many places would bother helping you over the phone-these guys are the best.

It worked out very well and they did a very good job. The costs were reasonable for all three of the installations. Everything worked out wonderful, nice, and professionally done.

Overall, I do not think Four Seasons heating is an honest company. I think that they come in trying to make a sell of a whole new system. The service man who came back out to fix my water heater, after they broke off a part, was very good. I will never call Four Seasons again

The technician was not real helpful with showing me the different settings on the thermostat. I had to look through the instructions and teach myself. I felt they could have been more helpful walking me through this.

They were professional and prompt. They clean up after themselves.

They were prompt, basically. They did a neat job of installing and tearing things out. The installers who came basically tried to up-sell me on other items. They would tell me that I would need duct cleaning. They would lower the price since they were already there. I said it was too much money, and then they would try to reduce the price again. They told me I had a gas leak by my hot water heater, which I did. I said I would do the work myself, and they tried to lower the price of that. I complained that they should give their best price up-front. I told that to their quality people. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed about what was going on. They kept to the schedule. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

They were definitely punctual, professional, but, sometimes, you get younger, less experienced people. They might know what they're doing, but, sometimes, you might question whether they have enough experience and exposure to the problem. They don't have a 100% of knowing what they're doing. But, overall, I am definitely happy with the results and the cost. Punctuality, professionalism, and the quality of the job was good. I would use them again in the future.

My furnace was not heating. Four Suns is an approved contractor with my home warranty insurance - I have used them before and ask for them if I need to use the insurance. John is great. He scheduled me in knowing that we needed the furnace working and accommodated my schedule. Fortunately, the weather was pretty mild. The furnace needed a part, which John ordered and got in the next day. He's very customer oriented as are his sons, who work with him.
I have used Four Suns for my routine maintenance and because of their good service, I continue to use them.

They do great work. I would tell others to not hesitate to call them. We are all thrilled with their service. I originally went with them because they were highly rated on Angie's List.

They are very prompt and take care of everything in short order. Their price is very competitive and they don't charge you more for lots of services they provide. They call you in advance of your appointment and their technicians are very helpful. I will use them again in the future.

However when an electrician friend checked up on costs, he said he could get the same part of $150.
When I presented this discrepancy to the company, they said that the $691 included labor (I understood that) plus lifetime guarantee and that the cost of the part would go toward a future repair including it would be reduced from the cost of a new furnace.

I told them that the cost was represented as for repairs not for all of this other and quot;insurance.and quot; I asked for a breakdown of the bill that reflect these over charges including labor. So far i have not received and don't expect to.

In either case, this company is deceptive and costly to deal with. i would not do business with them again. $500 extra is too much to pay for labor (2 hours), and quot;guaranteeand quot; and a discent toward a future purchase.
I remember at the time the repairman did not want me to get a second estimate. The other suggested repairs (new thermostat) was also inflated in price.

The company has refused to make fair adjustments on what I was charged. I know that when the house is cold, it is tempting to go ahead and authorize service. You are in a bind. I would suggest that the customer write an attachment to the job estimate asking a breakdown on labor costs and a separate itemization of part costs, and a stipulation that if the actual cost of the part is more than 10-20% less than the quoted price that the company would refund the difference. Ask for this breakdown beforehand. If they refuse, pay for the service call, and get an estimate from another company. Better yet upon contacting the company initially ask if they would agree to provide these breakdowns on the bill estimate. If they refuse go on to the next company. I would suggest that Four Seasons not be one of those companies you would contact, unless you are willing to pay double the true cost of the job.

They came to clean out the gas furnace. They checked all the sensor units and cleaned out the coils and where the flames come out. They test the system to make sure it's working. I use them every year and they are dependable. They are prompt and on time. It's easy to schedule a time and they show up when they are supposed to. They seem to take their time and do a thorough job.

They were on time and did the work. We had a motor put into the furnace at my father's house. I did not realize that it was the second motor into that furnace. The new motor failed shortly. They offered to replace the furnace and take off the cost of the motor. I felt uncomfortable being stuck with the company to have to buy a new furnace.
