The entire process was seamless. They were professional, covered and taped everything. They let us know the schedule and what would be done on a daily basis. Very pleased with their work. I am going to contract them to do my deck next.

The bottom line is they got the job done to my satisfaction, but it was not without some points of frustration. 1. Took longer than originally estimated due to needing to redo unsatisfactory work earlier in the job. 2. Ended up costing more than originally expected. This was because we had to increase the scope of the project midstream. A more thorough evaluation up front might have changed our approach. I will note they are very meticulous in their pricing, so if you stick to the original plan, there shouldn't be surprises. Again, in the end we're pleased with the work itself, but it wasn't a smooth job.

Hard to track down once you agree to do the project. When they do decide to come out...they don't show. Crew finally comes out and starts job. Funny thing when owner calls to tell me work is done when in fact it wasn't. Crew actually had left equipment at the house and told me they had to come back because they hadn't finished. Boss doesn't know what crew is doing...??? Hmmmmm.... Anyway, numerous spots missed...finally told painters to just leave me a can of leftover paint and I would do the touch-ups myself. Glad its over...what an ordeal!

The painting was very professional. They were friendly & cleaned up afterwards & also moved my furniture & window treaments back. They really helped me to decide the colors and it turned ourt wonderful! They worked around my schedue and were always prompt with all my appointments with them. I will most definatly use them again and would recommend them.
