It was a great experience from the initial call to project completion. The team was professional, patient and understanding. The work is the highest of quality. Throughout the build, FBC was responsive; listening and adapting to every little modifications that popped into our heads. Worth the cost.

It went well. You need to be flexible with things that come up in projects. Finished on schedule, little over budget for some changes by choice, and really great quality. Communication had some minor issues on the front end but we worked it out quickly and were on the same wavelength the rest of the time.

It was a very easy project, FBC's processes from design through the final part of the build were very well done. Communication was great with their team and all the sub contractors doing the work. Quality of the workmanship is very solid, we are happy with our new basement!

Working with FBC was a great experience. The design was very high quality, and the basement turned out even better than we could have hoped. They are pricier than most (but not all) other groups (we vetted around 5 companies), but we felt that the turn-key service they provided was worth the extra money. The project management piece was also well done, and I felt like they always had our back when an unexpected issue would come up (e.g. vendor issue).

We are so happy with the end result! Worked closely with Matt, Stephanie and Dominic. All were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a real pleasure to work with. One major difference between FBC and the other companies that we got quotes from was that we got to see 2 designs for our space before signing on. They spent a lot of time getting to know what we wanted to do with our space. We love our basement and spend more time in it than we ever had before.

We love our basement so much and is probably the best money we spent.  Working with Matt B doing the design was great - FBC had so many good ideas on how to best use the space.  The installation was great - all the sub contractors they used were very good.  Everyone did a great job.  Every time I bring someone down to see our basement they are wowed by it.


We highly recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement.
