The service provided by the Naperville location was excellent. I visited the store and walked the floor to get ideas. Alyssa helped me throughout the entire process. She offered immediately to come to my home and help make selections for my family room and to help determine the best room layout. She came to my home as planned, took measurements and brought some samples based on my likes and dislikes provided during my store visit. Within a week she invited me back to the store and provided a display board that included leather colors, fabric colors, paint color and a sample room layout. I was impressed that she incorporated all of the things I talked about! I ordered the furniture which came in more quickly than estimated. Also the pieces were delivered as they were completed which is what I wanted. Delivery was quick and easy, service was great. The room looks awesome thanks to Alyssa! I highly recommend taking advantage of the free in-home service.
