Emerson took his time and was very thorough in his inspection. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was looking for and what his concerns were. The written report was very detailed with images and write ups on each section of the home. Emerson returned the written report in a timely manner to move forward with our purchase. Emerson was fantastic. His work was extremely thorough, and he is so friendly. How thorough is his work? We were inspecting a condo and couldn't get up on the roof, so Emerson flew a drone overhead to make sure to get a look. How amazing is that? He was so pleasant with my wife and me and talked through anything we had questions on. I couldn't recommend highly enough.
