I had work done in 2011. I was promised a matched, finished paint job which was left as primer which I disputed. Also had to hire another electrician to fix outlets left not working by Eissner. The electrician opened open area not working to find a LIVE wire. Eissner sent my account to collections because i refused to pay the balance of $100. After collections contact me and I disputed, they dropped charges. I still had to pay for incomplete work with paint.

Matt was professional and friendly. He completed work in a timely manner, and he even gave me tips on how to maintain particular issues. I would rehire him in a second!

Both Steve and Chris did a good job with our handyman list. The initial cost is $120 for 2 hours, then $48 for each additional hour. However, if they don't finish in the time allotted, they will schedule another time and still charge the $48. Some of the tasks..
Remove old dishwasher by cutting it out due to a new floor that was installed years after the dishwasher
Install kitchen soap pump
Install battery doorbells
Install keyless lock
Install floating flooring and trim by entryway
Build soffit to hide AC pipe in bathroom

We have been customers of Eissner Enterprise for about 8 years for a variety of home repairs - everything from atttic insulation to basement sump pump replacement. This most recent project involved repair of Facia and siding damaged by strong winds . The repair was completed on the date scheduled,with excellent workmanship and a fair price. The employees of Eissner Enterprise are experienced and great people. We will utilize Eissner Enterprise in the future and I give them my highest recommendation.

We were very happy with the work that they did and we were hoping to get a quote from them for another job and then we never heard from them again. It was the most bizarre thing. They took in mind what we wanted; they listened to us. I was comfortable like letting these people work in my house when I was home. I have four animals and they were able to make sure they didn't get out or they cleaned up well and overall I was very happy with the work that they did, how the project turned out.

It went very well. We have used Eissner Enterprises three other times for window repair and general maintenance. We trust them enough to come in during the day when we are away and work and school. They did excellent work, listened to what we had to say, worked with the materials we chose, offered suggestions, steered us away from bad decisions, and finished in a reasonable amount of time.

Dan was the man that came. He allowed me to ask him a number of questions. He is very competent. I am very satisfied with all the tasks that were completed.

Employees showed up on time, and worked carefully and fast. All materials were cleaned up before they left. Staff is very pleasant to deal with

It was a very hot day with no electricity in the area, but Roy worked very hard to get the job done. He was on the roof, climbing ladders to get the right leverage and completed the job very well. I would use Steve Eissner's crew again in a heart beat. Thank you Roy and Steve you will be hearing from me.

I've used Essiner before for various home improvement and maintenance. I called to schedule an estimate. Received a prompt call back and Steve came out to estimate the work. He brought paint samples so I could pick the color without having to go to get that myself. The work was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. Workmen were very professional and took care to cover the floors leading to the bedroom and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. The owner checked the work when complete and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Process was scheduled, but contractor call before scheduled date to check my availability for an earlier date. Minor bathroom remodel was executed with no issues. The owners arrived to inspect the ongoing job. Excellent customer service.
