ECOSHIELD PEST SOLUTIONS

Ecoshield agent came by my house to let me know that they were providing extermination service for other homes in my area and that they were offering a discount to service my home. I was also told that after the initial visit they would come out quarterly but that I could cancel my service at anytime. Ecoshield provided the quarterly extermination service as promised, however, after receiving several treatments I called in to cancel because I decided that I could do the service myself. When speaking with an agent (Ron) I was told that there would be a $200 charge to cancel unless I agreed to schedule one more service. When I told the agent I was not interested in additional service the Ron threatened to send my account to a collection agency if I did not agree to his company’s terms. Do not use this service as they will give you the run around when you try to cancel while also claiming that you have 1 or 2 year service agreement that cannot be cancelled without additional charges.
