While they did complete the work (in two trips), there was a miscommunication about the price. An employee came out on a Friday to try to repair our malfunctioning garage door opener, but it was beyond repair. (No surprise to us!) Unfortunately, he didn't have time to install a new garage door opener that day. My husband and I both understood from him (during a conversation between the three of us) that the charges ($110) would be applied to the cost of the new opener ($450). A different employee arrived to install on the following Tuesday and knew nothing of this, wouldn't honor the agreement, called the other fellow who claimed not to know about it. Would I recommend them? No. Will I use them again? Absolutely, not. Plenty of competitors who keep their word.

Technician was here a little before 8am and was done by 8:20am. He oiled and serviced the door in addition to adjusting the door. He was very personable and professional. Truly would use them again.

I adjusted it and got it working again. I have used Door Systems in the past for problems with my garage doors. They have always been on time, very courteous and fixed the problems I have had quickly.

I called on Monday that our garage door was broken. The gentleman on the phone was very efficient and pleasant. He apologized that he couldn't have anyone out that day but it would be the next day and gave me a 4 hour window for the next morning. The technician called before he arrived. He went right to work and replaced the broken spring in about 25 minutes. He was professional and pleasant. A wonderful, painless experience to get something fixed.

I scheduled Friday 5/27 and requested the first call. The service tech called in advance, arrived at 8:15am and was gone by 9:00am. Couldn't ask for better service, and the price ($155) was quite reasonable. Spring has a one year guarantee and labor 90 days.

first door was damaged. had to reorder new one with the second time being the charm. workers took there time to get the door right.this is a heavy door so i upgraded the spring and added struts to 6 and upgraded the opener to a 3/4 horse .

I called them on Sunday and I was called back by 7:00 am, Monday morning. They were at my place by 10:00 am. I have used them before as they are very knowledgeable about their work and very responsive when I call. They are courteous and I would recommend them.

Called Sunday morning. Answering service professionally answered the call and offered emergency service, which I declined. Company called me at 7:20 Monday morning to arrange service. Although dispatcher could not guarantee an early appointment, a technician called at 8:15 and was prepared to come out immediately due to a cancellation. Technician arrived promptly and completed the repair. Although $132/hr seems a little high for labor on a garage door, the technician appeared to work quickly and effectively from start to finish. The only negative issue I had was that technician observed that the door was in very bad shape and annotated the receipt "No Warranty." Regardless of the condition of the door, the company should at least stand behind the specific work they performed and any parts they supplied. Nonetheless, I am happy with the service and would use them again.

My husband mentioned that the person who set up the appointment for him on the phone was very professional. As he put it. She treated me like I expected to be treated. The gentleman who came out to do the work was very thorough and showed up in a timely manner. We were concerned initially about getting charged for more things than we needed to have repaired. We didn't have to worry about that at all. We would definitely recommend this company. As they do a thorough inspection. Don't require you to follow all of their suggestions.

IT TOOK ABOUT AS LONG TO FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK AS IT DID TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE QUICK TO GET HERE AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE GUY WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND COMPETENT AT WHAT HE WAS DOING.

THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED. THE TECHNICIAN DETERMINED WHAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT. HE ALSO BALANCED THE DOOR AND GAVE ME SOME GENERAL MAINTENANCE INFORMATION. HE WAS GREAT!

EXCELLENT AND REASONABLE COMPANY. EARLIER, THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE VENTS IN GARAGE PANEL. THEY PROMPTLY CORRECTED THE ERROR. WALLY WAS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND DID NOT INVOICE UNTIL THE PANEL WITH THE CORRECT SIZE VENTS WAS INSTALLED. INSTALLERS (PETE AND EDDIE-RESIDENTIAL) WERE GREAT IN TERMS OF REPLACING NEW PANEL, ETC.

THE GARAGE DOOR DOES NOT OPEN AND CLOSE PROPERLY SINCE THEY FIXED IT. CHARGED ME FOR PARTS I DID NOT NEED. RESCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AT LAST MINUTE SO THAT I HAD TO MISS WORK.
