Donna Brooks

From the very beginning Donna went beyond services typically expected of a real estate agent. She listened to our priorities, helped educate us on the region, sent us listings that met our criteria and prepared extensively for our first house hunting trip. We were short on time since we wanted to get settled as soon as possible. She understood that and maximized our time in the area by previewing every house we saw, eliminating homes she knew we wouldn't like and providing us with detailed information on each community. On our 2nd house hunting trip she was also very well prepared, professional and knowledgeable. She knew when to just let us walk through a house, didn't get offended if we only spent a short amount of time there, and either answered all our questions or tracked down the information. Donna was always prompt, responsive and thoughtful. She even baked us cookies! On top of her expertise, Donna is a warm, engaging person with a wonderful sense of humor. She made a stressful time much better for us. We ended up finding our dream home thanks to her.
