He treated my house like it was his.  He was very nice.  He did what he was going to do.  He did not charge us anything more.  He does things according to code.  He really does things according to the way they are supposed to be done.  This was the second time I have used him and he is phenomenal.  I can’t say enough about him.  They are some nice people in the world and he is one of them.  He charged me less money and did more work.  It was quality work.  I would not use anybody else.  You don’t have anything to worry about him.  There are no surprises.  He does what he says for the price he says.

He treats your home as if it were his home.  He does things the way they are supposed to be done and he doesn't cut corners.  If you want someone who cuts corners then don't call him.  He does it the way it's supposed to be done or he won't do it.  He's one of the most ethical people I know.  This is the second time I've used him, the first time he worked on our chimney.  He also does handyman work.  We are going to have him back for more work.  His prices are very reasonable.  He was right in the ball park, maybe a couple of bucks lower than others who quoted the job, but he does so much more because of the quality.  David does quality work and his prices are very reasonable.  He's super honest and if he does the job and it didn't cost as much he will adjust his price accordingly.  If it goes over than he's going to talk to you about that, too.  It's nice to open your home to people who do what they say they will do, don't play any games and do it the right way.
