As for our porch, my wife sent him some pictures from Pinterest to give him an idea of what we wanted. He created that and more. In the end our porch turned out amazingly beautiful. He duplicated what we wanted and suggested additional, and accepted, enhancements. When he encounters an issue, he quickly informs and talks in terms I can understand so I can make a decision. As an added benefit he provide insight into other work we were having done at the same time, and acted as my advocate and informed adviser with the other contractors I had doing work at the same time. I think of this as a value add.
DJI shows up when they say they will, provides clear estimates, suggests the appropriate adjustments, does quality work, and employs quality people. I have gone from project to project with this company and will continue to do so.
