Dave provided an estimate and explained how the work would be done. The job was scheduled promptly. His crew arrived on time, and they were professional, explained what they were doing, and answered all our questions. I like that they washed the deck with water only, not chemicals. We definitely recommend Dave and will hire again.

The power washing, board replacement and staining were OK but the railing was awful. They did not prep the boards before painting. Only the top was painted not the whole board. You can see the under side of the board was not touched. I did ask if they could paint a 1 1/2 inch by 12 inch area by the back door. I gave them the paint. They dropped some paint on the deck which caused the stain to be blotchy. I texted and called Dave. He said they would be out to take care of the problem and to leave the paint outside on the deck. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing has been done. Not a word or follow up.

"We are sorry to see this review, as we strive for customer satisfaction in every job we do. On this particular project, when the contract was written, only the top of the railing and floor was to be stained. The spindles were not part of that agreement. In addition to completing the agreed upon work, we went above and beyond by replacing 2 boards, and touching up trim on the house per the homeowner's request and did not charge anything in addition to the agreed upon price. When contacted by Ms. [Member Name Removed] requesting to return to stain the spindles, it was explained that we could not do that for free, but would be available to do that at our normal rate for staining spindles and she declined. As stated, we are sorry that we did not achieve a high level of satisfaction with this customer."

The replacing of the boards was great. The quality of the staining left much to be desired. They did not stain the underside of the hand rails were replaced. I have to touch up many spots that did not get stained. Put the stain on very thin. Will not use them again.

No problems whatsoever. They should have limited the spray to the surface of the deck itself, instead of letting it overspray--it's so powerful that it moved our gravel alongside the deck and created ruts! but that was a minimal glitch. On the second day, they sanded and stained and the deck now looks great.

Stain did not look good was blotchy. When I asked about the side of the deck not being done the owner started to yell at me and state that it would cost $300.00 more. I asked for a reduced price which the owner did reduce the price but he was yelling at me so much I had to hang up and one of the workers called me back
The workers were very nice and apologetic for the way the deck turned out and for the way I was treated. I would have rated this much lower if it was not for the workers. I don't appreciate being yelled at by the owner.

They used a sprayer when they painted it. It didn't even last a year before the paint began to come off. It only made it through March before it began to happen. At first, I was very happy with the work, but the product did not stand the test of time. The guys were very helpful when they came, but the product durability was terrible.

They did an awful job. I wish I could upload pictures. They forgot to stain the area under my grill which they had to come back and fix. Later I realized they had sprayed stain on my newly painted patio doors. Now less than a year after they stained the deck a significant portion of the stain is coming off. I emailed the owner to see if he would fix these issues and he never replied. They were cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Dave, the owner, came out promptly to give us a estimate for power washing and staining of our deck. He was very personable and told us that we do not need to remove the furniture from our deck, his crew would take care of clearing the deck before power washing. He contacted us the day before work was to begin and came out the next day to begin the power washing. The following day the crew came out to stain the deck. They protected all our plants surrounding the deck from the stain and meticulously applied the stain on our deck and railings.
