This contractor is bankrupt.
The company performed a quality renovation. They were very skilled in carpentry, finish carpentry, granite work, and drywall. They were timely and kept within our budget parameters. A separate flooring company did tile and hardwood floors, and the two firms worked well together. All phases of the project were well organized and all made sure to protect the parts of the house that weren't being remodeled clean and neat.
The job turned out well but the problem we have is that shortly after completing our project Cutting Edge went bankrupt. The owner never provided us a receipt for an expensive, and troublesome kitchen faucet so we are without warrantee coverage.
We could never recommend a contractor with a history of bankruptcy, if for no other reason than the potential of unpaid suppliers, unpaid sub-contractors, and mechanics' liens.

They communicated very well. They had weekly meetings and told us what was done and what was going to be done. They kept up to their word and did the job.

This firm's performance was exceptional. We finished the project last year and since then, any small items, they have responded to very quickly. The quality of the work was very high including matching the existing woodwork, etc.
