While the company needed lots of paper work verifying work, paychecks, loans ect., they were very efficient at getting the loan done. Everything was put together and done when we got to the closing. All we had to do was sign the papers.

MY ONLY LIMITING COMMENT IS THAT THE TITLE COMPANY THAT WAS USED, SEEMED INEFFICIENT AND MADE SOME MISTAKES THAT NEEDED TO BE CORRECTED.
