General Remodeling
They made a lot of promises, but have not kept many of them. They promised that it would be done by Thanksgiving, but it has yet to be completed. I keep paying them for each stage of the work, even though they have not yet been finished. I told them that I am going to hold off on paying them the last $3000 for the work until it was completed, because they have been delaying the work so much. They have been trying to get me to pay more, and I told them that if they can't finish by the deadline I created for them, that they could just stop now and I will hire someone else to complete the work. They promised me a 10% discount on materials, but this has not yet been realized. The project keeps getting delayed, and I am at the point where I am just ready to hire someone else to finish the work. They are not returning my phone calls.
