I like it because you get points when you both pay and charge. I've accumulated quite a bit points.

I was told by three separate people that the monthly payments had gone up by $2, therefore I had late payments, which I was being charged a total of $84 in late fees since April. This is ridiculous. I finally closed my account because all they did was argue about late fees. They didn't waive the fees.
