I was told by three separate people that the monthly payments had gone up by $2, therefore I had late payments, which I was being charged a total of $84 in late fees since April. This is ridiculous. I finally closed my account because all they did was argue about late fees. They didn't waive the fees.
Description of Work: I have been a member of this bank for multiple years and have made my payments early or on time. I have been called every day, every hour, for a week.
