Russell is great! He is very professional, responsive and does a great job! This is the second time we have used him for electrical work. I highly recommend him!

Russell came to our house on a Monday, gave us an estimate, and offered to come in on his day off to help us get the work done before Thanksgiving. He arrived early to get ready for the job, kept his job area clean and offered several suggestions to produce a better result, and did not charge us any extra. Additionally he put in temporary switches and light fixtures as he knew we were doing construction and wanted us to make sure we didn't damage the new outlets. He offered to come back for no additional cost after our project to install the new outlets and light fixtures. Overall, Russell is the best electrician we have worked with. Very pleased.

I called Russell on a Friday (late morning) and left a message. I explained in the message that we needed to have an electrician come to our house either Saturday or Sunday to do some last minute work in our kitchen before our appliance were delivered on Monday morning. Unfortunately he was unable to help us out as he is completely scheduled, but what I appreciated MOST was the fact that he called back to let me know that he was unable to help us. He could have very easily not returned the phone call. He called me back on Friday afternoon. Based upon this level of professionalism and customer service, I will hold on to his number and call him for any future electrical jobs.

Russell was very fast at returning my phone call- only an hour or two after I had left a message (on a Friday). He scheduled to come out first thing Tuesday morning (since Monday was Labor Day). He came out to diagnose on Tuesday morning and came back Wednesday morning to fix our issue with some outlets in our kitchen. It only took him about an hour and a half to get everything fixed. It was very important to us that he was able to fix the issue as fast as he did since we were scheduled to close on our house in two weeks. Russell fixed all the problems the inspector found. He was very pleasant and professional. He was honest and quick. Just what we were looking for! We would definitely use him in the future for other electrical work!

Outstanding service. Russell came out on a Saturday to help evaluate damage as a result of a severe lightning storm. He was professional and very pleasant to work with. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and is very honest. I am hiring him to do other work and have recommended him to others needing an electrician.

He was good and very thorough. We are getting our house ready to sell and we had a problem. We couldn't get lights to work in one part of the house and he basically had to troubleshoot it. He did it and an electrician couldn't look for it all day long, I wouldn't have known any better but he found it within an hour or an hour and a half. He did two or three jobs for us. He was very reasonable.

Russell called me back promptly and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for the electrical work. His estimate for about $200 including labor but honoring a 5% Angie's List coupon. We set up an time and date for him to return to complete the work. Russell showed up today on time and he worked in the brutal cold weather for an hour installing 3 outdoor GFCI outlets. He then came in and completed the rest of the work. He worked for almost 2 hours and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. The total charge was $130.00 which was a pleasant surprise. Russell was very professional and I would use him again in the future.

We contracted with Russell to install new lighting in our family room. The challenge was that he had to find the ideal locations for the new recessed lighting and to move the existing lighting to a new location. He did that with the minimum of difficulty and was able to install the new lights and switches within one day. (Note that the cost of the service *includes* the cost of the materials, excluding the ceiling fan.) We were very happy with Russell's work, as we always feel that it is completed to the highest standard of safety. He takes care to clean up any dust or debris from his work at the end of the day, and to make sure that we are happy with the results. We highly recommend him for any electrical work required in the home.

The electrician was excellent! He arrived on-time, and provided an honest and open estimate of the total cost, and mentioned that if the cost were to change for any reason, he would notify me first. He did run into trouble setting up our outlet, but ended up finishing all the work including the extra work with no additional charge. He was friendly, sociable, honest, and quite good at his work and didn't cut corners. I would highly recommend for future work.

We were in the process of doing a lot of work to our living room, dining room, foyer and stairwell and hallway. Russell came to our house to review the work that was needed and provided us with an estimate of work, which was based on time and materials - i.e. a per hourly rate per person, plus additional materials . (He did not charge us for the trip and his time to provide the estimate.) The work itself was split into three visits - first to remove the existing chandeliers and light fixtures, and install the recessed lighting; the second visit to install the foyer and stairwell chandeliers and light switches; the third to install the dining room chandelier. Russell completed the work on schedule and with very high quality. He was very careful in handling the new chandeliers (each worth several hundred dollars) and to not mark or damage the newly-painted walls and ceilings. He was particularly thorough to ensure that the items were safely installed with the proper equipment, such as metal conduits for the cabling, to meet building code standards. Also, as the foyer chandelier weighed over 100 pounds, he had to make several trips into the attic to ensure that it was safely mounted. We were also able to purchase the standard items - such as the recessed lights and light switches - through him at low cost. Overall, Russell was a pleasure to work with, and he was very flexible to work with our schedule to make the visits required, and we would have no hesitation in engaging him on our future projects.
