Chem-Dry of Maple Hill

we love jim and the whole chem-dry of maple hill team! jim and his team have been cleaning our carpets for 2 decades and they always do an outstanding job. everyone at chem dry that we have ever done business with has been outstandingly professional, knowledgeable and customer-friendly. jim has dealt with some pretty crazy carpet spills we've had over the years including a trendy red shower gel that creating a sudsing nightmare, multiple pet accidents, strange rust footprints from some older furniture feet, and multitudes of coffee spills. we've also called on jim's team to deal with accidental spots - especially of the coffee, wine, and pet variety. we've always been promptly scheduled and i know that sometimes they've worked extra hard to schedule us into their packed days. jim and his team are the very very best -- it's always an absolute pleasure to work with them!

I have used other companies that were less expensive, but the stains always came back. Every time Chem-Dry comes to clean my carpets, they look brand new! They are worth the price. The carpet dries more quickly than other companies as well. I highly recommend them.

Jim and his company have been cleaning our carpets for at least the last ten years. Jim is wonderful and his crew is always very professional, punctual, and they are experts at getting all kinds of things out of carpets (including strange, highly sudsing red shampoo my son once spilled all over the upstairs carpet). Jim always provides an estimate of his work before he begins and discusses any particular concerns, including new spots and potential treatments. They are very efficient, willing to work around schedules, and even have come when we've had potentially disastrous spills - e.g. cup of hot coffee on white carpet. Our house has twenty-plus year old white carpets throughout major portions - and with Jim's expert service we have been able to maintain them beautifully. Jim and his crew have also cleaned our upholstered dining room chairs (also white) and have kept our 20+ year old upholstered lazy-boy chair in great shape. I highly recommend their services!
