Ordered mattress, box spring, and bed frame online. When Carson's called to confirm delivery, the employee said the delivery staff would put together the bed frame in addition to mattress/box spring delivery. The delivery crew was late, even working with a three-hour window. The crew said they would not put the bed frame together and simply left. I called the Carson's delivery HQ, was told I had to go through customer service. I called customer service, was told I had to go through online deliveries. Called online deliveries, left message, never received a response. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CARSON'S---YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE SUPPORT IF THERE ARE DELIVERY ISSUES.

Was very happy. Went to the store and talked with a sales associate who helped me discover the differences in different mattresses. She was patience with me as i found the one I liked best. The transaction went well, delivery was fast and i am very pleased.
Description of Work: bought a new pillowtop bed and headboard.

Great experience, nice people, even the guys at the loading dock couldn't do enough for us.
Description of Work: Mary A. is the nicest salesperson and she really knows her stuff. I went in to look at mattresses and spent 3 times what I expected on other furniture (in addition to the mattresses) and everything was such a great value I couldn't help myself.

Great value on quality furniture albeit some of it is damaged, most is not and all are cheap.
Description of Work: Purchased a scratched desk and found other damage, the salesperson got the price reduced further. Purchased a couch and after I got home felt the color would be wrong. Mary replaced my order (before it was shipped) with another couch of a better color and I am very pleased.

We first went to the warehouse and bought a table only. However, we realized the next day that there was a sale for the same set in the store and it was new. So we decided to buy the new set. They were willing to cancel the other order since we found a new one. The only issue was that they sent me several bills regarding the one that was canceled which caused frustration.
Description of Work: We purchased a Dining Room set.
