They are very customer responsive. They make it a point to communicate with their clientele. I have no complaints. We did not use their services, because we thought their prices weren't competitive. In their favor, their customer service is so exemplary. They are not all that competitive with their pricing. They do a very good service.

It goes well -- we've used them for 5 years out of the past 7. We left for a couple of years but came back to them, as others did not do as good of a job. Calls are not returned as quickly as we would like and communication is not always the best, but all in all we've very pleased with their performance. Since they handle a large number of customers, their workers don't always remember the way we want certain thing done. However we had similar problems with other landscapers and C&A are much better than the competition we employed.

I have been using their services for ten years, and I can always depend on them. They mow my lawn in the summer, clean up my lawn in the autumn, and remove snow in the winter. I will continue to depend on C&A for my lawn services.
