  1. They promised installation in one day, 4 weeks after we approved the design.  Instead it took 5 installation days and it wasn?t fully installed until 12 weeks after the design was approved.

  2. No one really manages the project, so you will have to.

  3. They do not respect your time.

  4. Their installation will damage your walls, and they do nothing to fix it.

I had a $7500 office install.  They promised 4 weeks to installation.  It was triple that.

On the day of the installation, the two man crew showed up without the cabinet doors.  No one had called to tell me that the doors weren?t in.   They told me at the door, and asked me if they should start the install without them.  My question, why did I take the day off work if they didn?t have what they needed to install?  Also, why are the installers asking me?  They should have had this figured out before they showed up at my door.  Then they started installing, and the design was miss-measured, so nothing could be installed.

On the 2nd installation a month later, they only sent one guy.  He thought that he was only installing doors.  I had to tell him that he was installing everything.  Of course, he couldn?t get it done in 1 day be himself.  It took repeat request to get him to leave, causing me to be late in picking up my kids.

On the 3rd installation, two weeks later, they sent one guy to finish up.  But the doors still weren?t in.  So he couldn?t finish.  Again, I wasn?t informed about this until the installer should up at my door.

On the 4th installation, three weeks later, they installed the doors.  But they brought the wrong hardware, so they still weren?t done.

On the 5th installation, two days later, they installed the hardware.  It was finally done.

They apologized up and down, but they didn?t screw up once, but many times.  I paid a lot for this, and even after all the issues, they didn?t offer a discount.  Its aggravating that I paid a certain price for something that was promised in 4 weeks, but didn?t get it for 12 weeks.  Plus, I had to take off 5 days of work to accommodate them.  I don?t know about you, but this is half of my vacation for the year and I had to waste it on them.

Terrible. All closets were installed damaged. Missed repair appointments, two repairs into it and it is still now fixed right. (missing parts, covered over an outlet, cracked shelves)
