The consultation with Lauren Kahle was excellent. She was on time, enthusiastic and very professional. She was honest with her opinions when it came to color and style to best fit our room and worked with our budget. She also is quick to respond to email and isn’t a pushy saleswoman like other Home stores. We look forward to using her again when we are ready to update other rooms of the house. We love our blinds and they look great! It honestly was one of the highlights of moving into our first home and the first cosmetic fix we wanted. The installation was also timely and efficient. We waited about 3.5 weeks but it was worth it.

I worked with Lauren, who was courteous and great to work with. She listened to what I wanted and then have me options that I had not thought about. I am really happy with the whole process from the consultation to the installation. The results could not have been better. Lauren was sure to keep in touch the whole way to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend both she and Budget Blinds.

I have used Stephanie's Budget Blinds team twice now. When we moved in to our new place three years ago Stephanie came out the day we moved in and amidst the moving men delivering and the site supervisor going over last minute details with us, Stephanie was a calm and organized presence. She made great suggestions for which type of shades to use where and helped me with colors. The installation went well - Mike was very quick and very neat. I couldn't believe how fast he was. The blinds looked even better than I hoped, and the measurements were perfect.
This past August I decided to add toppers to two of the windows. I contacted Stephanie and she sent Marjorie out to help me. Marjorie is a designer and she looked over the room and made suggestions. She worked with me to custom design the pelmets over the windows, bringing elements of our room into the design. Again, perfect measurements and quick and neat installation. Whenever I called the office I got quick and helpful service.
I was thrilled three years ago, and am thrilled again with the results. I highly recommend the Naperville Budget Blinds team.

Overall, it went well.  They were punctual and professional.  The installer was nice.  Only issue while installing one of the blinds, he damaged the wall, this was reported to the company and initially a slight lag time in responding.  However, once they responded they apologized for the delay in returning my email and scheduled a time to repair the installer's damaged area and did a great job repairing the damage .  I would use them again they have a great selection of various types of blinds to choose from.

We have used them before and the system is pretty simple and easy. They come out with samples, measure, discuss options and then provide a quote. Once we accepted it, they provided a delivery date, Then they call when the blinds arrive and schedule installation. They come out at the scheduled time and it is done.
Prices are competitive, and it can't be much easier. We like the blinds and they seem to last forever.

We knew exactly what we wanted and needed a fast response since old window the old treatments had been removed and we needed something for privacy ASAP. Budget Blinds' estimate was half that of another company we contacted. We were somewhat skeptical of quality, etc. due to price but took a chance. We are extremely pleased with quality of blinds and service from initial consultation through installation. And installation was sooner than the original estimate. We would definitely use Budget Blinds of Naperville in the future. Since there are several Budget Blinds that appear when you search Budget Blinds in Naperville be sure to use the company owned by Stephanie. Others may also be OK but we know Stephanie does a great job and meets her commitments.

Everything went very well.  Measured and brought samples for me to check out.  We could not afford the best blinds but are very happy with the ones we decided upon.  Estimated custom making and installation to take about 4 weeks.  Blinds were ready in exactly that time frame and were installed on the day I requested.  We are very happy with this experience.

It was really good. Stephanie, who was the consultant, did a good job of offering options. She wasn?t pushy and offered recommendations. She outsources the installation and it was not as good but the overall experience was still an A.

Professional from start to finish. The measurements were taken by Bill. He arrived early (called ahead to make sure that was okay) and efficiently and accurately measured all locations and provided the pluses and minuses of the choices of window treatments. Installers were on time and quickly installed all window treatments and removed the packing material.
