Bud's Concrete Inc.

The project went great! We provided a drawing with the square footage of the new porch and walkway. Bud's requested a deposit and started the work as soon as the weather made it possible. The project was completed in a couple of days and Bud modified the design as needed in collaboration with our landscape architect. We are pleased with the results.

This is a great company with great people. The concrete stairs they installed far exceeded our expectations. All of the employees were friendly and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. We will definitely be calling Bud's Concrete for any future projects.

They were very good. They came out on Tuesday the 25th in the afternoon, this was a repair from that the previous company did, they removed the old slab then came back the next day and poured the new slab.

Bud was VERY meticulous about neatness and attention to detail. I had basic ideas of what we wanted, and Bud built from that to create a very attractive and pleasing stamped concrete walk and stoop to our front door. We still get MANY compliments from visitors as to how beautifully the work was done. Bud and his crew made sure the house and siding and front door were properly covered from damage from flying debris from demolition, as well as splatter from the new concrete pour. We are in need of a new garage floor and driveway and will not hesitate to use Bud's in the future. Thanks again and sorry for the delayed review...

Great!  Our old front walkway was cracking in several places so I sent them an email and Bud came over the next day.  We received the estimate the next day and I went ahead with them.  Bud and his crew came out a few days later and removed all the old concrete and the next day they came and poured the new walkway.  About an hour after they left a squirrel walked over the entire walkway leaving foot prints in the wet cement.  Bud came back right away and smoothed it all out.
Bud and his crew did great work, are very friendly and easy to talk to.  I would highly recommend them for concrete work!

As an engineer, my requirements going in were very high and clear in my mind, Paul and his team (including his elder Son David) discussed ideas and optimal techniques that would build success.

I required very high-grade concrete product, namely greater than 5000 psi + fiberglass fibers added to mix, delivered by a company that didn’t water the product down because they were running slow to the job site (my job was served by Prairie Material).

I required building a driveway, patio and walkways to be engineered so that water cleanly ran away from the building by laser leveling, and, all water on driveway catches a channel that directs water to the street.

I required a contractor that understood the above and were confident in achieving a successful project and historically showed references that were favorable.
Paul Slowik and his Son David, clearly understood my requirements and exceeded them with expertise that only comes from understanding the science of concrete for decades. David worked my job from start to finish with only one minor hiccup, which was corrected immediately.
Every team member was prompt, professional and very hard working. They took no short cuts and exceeded expectations and my wife loves the clean look of a custom patio.
I recommend anyone who wants concrete work performed, to call Bud’s Concrete as they have performed, for me, exemplary.

They showed up on time and did a really nice job for me. Bud and crew were easy to work with and helped to guide me with his years of experience. He gave advice that helped me save money and get the job done quickly. They had a good crew and even threw in an extra piece of sidewalk at no charge. A real pleasure to deal with.
