I was very satisfied. I used him twice. I was very impressed with the thoroughness that's why I used him to get my house ready to sell. He gave me a list of things to take care of which then when I did sell, my home inspection was virtually clear. And then I used him for my new inspection on my current home and he was able to find a couple of things that we were able to negotiate and get corrected before I moved in to the new house so I was very satisfied. I was satisfied with the price.
