We are getting ready to move into our new house and wanted the carpets cleaned. Considering all the carpets we had cleaned, they were in and out in two hours! Best Results was there 25 minutes before the scheduled time. They did a fantastic job! My carpets look great and my house smells lemony fresh. My family and friends were shocked at the low price I paid, and I am extremely satisfied with the results from Best Results! They were very professional! While they were at my house they mentioned that my grout is dirty and offered that service as well. I was shocked! The grout came out great! I didn’t even know that those black joints can be white. Jim and Yuriy were extremely professional. The carpet and the grout came out great. I am very happy with this company and will refer them to my friends and family!

I have used other carpet/upholstery cleaners in the past and this was the best experience I have had. Scheduling was very easy and they showed up on time!!! (haven't had the same success with other companies) We have 2 dogs and the workers were great with the animals and the product they used did not have any chemicals so there was no risk to the dogs. My carpets (which are over 15 years old) looked brand new and our couches (which we allow the dogs on) looked new as well. Everything dried quickly and the whole process was super easy. If you are looking for a friendly staff who is on time and efficient with their work then no need to look for any other company. I will be hiring them again in the future.
