They had poor customer relations, no accountability, and incompetency. It was a new high chair and they are the only ones that carry it. It wasn't in stock when I went to purchase it. I left my name to call when they get more in. She said they had 3 because it said in the computer, after the man from the dept had already told me there weren't any in the back. She told me the truck comes in on Tuesday and they weren't going to get any. She took my name on the back of receipt. I didn't get a call so I called on Tuesday to see if the truck had come but they said it hadn't. I could order it online but didn't feel I needed to pay the $14 shipping fee when the store is in driving distance. I went there and saw they had one high chair left. I purchased it and asked if they had my name on file to call when they got in. I spoke to a supervisor and he wasn't able to find it in the four places it should have been. They found it on the back of the receipt but it never got to the log books. He didn't understand why they didn't offer to order it for me when I asked.
