Very well. Mr. Shuter took the time to explain what he was doing and tuned the piano twice (since the piano had not been tuned for a long time). He even played a few songs after finishing his work!! Very personable and competent.

Great! Art was great, he was very courteous and knowledgeable! He knew my piano would probably need two tunings because it had not been tuned in such a long time, and he warned me ahead of time and made me aware of the cost before he started working. Nice guy! We will have him tune again!

AMAZING! He was so sweet and punctual and thorough. He was so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him as he was getting started and as he was wrapping up. He tested out the piano when he was done by playing a few songs and, because we have a new baby in the house, he played some really cute lullaby songs and some fun ragtime. He was an all around nice guy and we will definitely have him as our regular tuner!

Very punctual--arrived right on time.  Was wet outside from rain, and he brought his own slippers to change into, which was very courteous.  He was very knowledgeable and explained some of the workings of the piano when I asked a question about a sticky key before he started tuning.  Piano sounds great now.  I will use him again and I recommend him to others.

We picked Art because of his great reviews.  He arrived on time, tuned the piano very well, and adjusted the pedals as the piano had just been moved. He patiently answered questions and played a few tunes on the piano.  He didn't mind that one of our cats was interested in the process the whole time either.
