Art & Frame Naperville

Agata, of Naperville Art & Frame, earned our business many years ago with her deft skills, and even periodic daring. Our published work showcases best with her oversight; and the prints themselves thrive with her coordination of color. As well, any similar work done in downtown Chicago would cost at least twice as much, but not deserve half the praise. I worked with a wonderful woman named Agatha who I think is the owner or co-owner or something like that.  She was incredibly helpful and patient (because it takes a lot for me to make up my mind) and educated me about choosing frames based on the thickness of the canvas of a piece.  When we began working on the map, she had great ideas about how it could be flattened and then framed.  All of them turned out beautifully.  I have other pieces and will definitely be returning to her store.  I was very impressed with her work.

I had a poster print that I loved sitting around forever needing to be framed as well as two college diplomas sitting in cheap frames. I knew I wanted them to look better but had no idea how what I specifically wanted. The woman at Art and Frame (I unfortunately didn't catch her name, but I believe she is the owner) was so helpful and willing to pull out all kinds of examples of frames. Even though I had a hard time making up my mind, she was not bothered by this, but rather encouraged me to take my time as this is something I would want preserved. She provided very helpful advice and made very good suggestions. All three of my pieces turned out GREAT and the frames were ready exactly when she said they would be. She was able to get the diploma frames to match perfectly. I will definitely go there again for anything I need framed!

The store owner spent a lot of time reviewing options for each piece.  I appreciate that she was upfront with pricing options and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option.  The finished products looked great, especially the children's pieces which were shadow boxed with colors that complimented the artwork very well.  The results exceeded our expectations and the customer service was terrific.  I would definitely recommended this store over the large chains.

I spent about $300 on that work. They are nice and went through the design and color of the matting. They made everything look nice.
