The repair went fine, but after a month or so I noticed my hardwood floor showing some damage. The company hadn't done the repair properly and water was leaking under the diskwasher and damaging the floor. I called the company to ask them to fix it, but I only got a message saying they were closed because of the economy and weren't taking new business. They're was no way for me to contact them to honor the 90-day warantee or to fix the repair.

They were good to clean up after themselves. They showed up when they were scheduled but it took a very long time to get the parts that they needed. They didn't bother to call and update us about the parts orders. They guys who came out were nice but not very professional. The prices were fair.

I called stating my stove was overheating. Food would burn before it was thoroughly cooked. Lady who answered phone said someone would be out the next day and it would cost $79.00 for them to look at it. The $79.00 would be applied to the repair cost. Lady and man came out, didn't introduce themselves. She could not find the model/serial number. Said stove was too old. Nothing she could do without it. I lifted the top and there were the numbers. She said she used to work at another company. Said bad thermostat. That was pretty obvious. The man made a phone call and said the part was $180.00. The lady said the installation will be $52.00 for a total of $230.00. I asked about the $79.00 being applied to the cost. She said it is because the total would be $309.00. I asked about a free estimate - she said there is no such thing as a free estimate - "nobody gives a free estimate". She said estimate good for 90 days. I told her I'll call back. I can find a new one for that price.

Honestly, I can't complain. While he wasn't able to replace my two reset buttons (it's a dual stove), he was professional, and courteous.

I thought that it was impressive that they were able to fix my dishwasher. I find that their pricing is very good. They are very friendly, and they were on time. They also explained very well what they were going to do.

Was able to schedule same day appointment!
