Herb arrived on time and was prepared and focused on getting the task completed. He opened the and tested the generator and found no issues. He then proceeded to change the oil, and check the battery. He found no issues, and left some extra oil in case the generator has to run due to power outage. He showed me the proper way to check the oil. He also changed the spark plugs and showed how they had deteriorated over time. After all was completed he cleaned up, and locked the unit. The area was clear and cleaned like he was never there. It was an enjoyable experience and I wish all contractors were as helpful and friendly.

I called in Herb to tackle some really stubborn issues in a house with both old and new electrical wiring. I had a page-long list of issues which he just took and tackled, room by room. He was cheerful throughout and kept things moving. In the end, he spent three days here and we solved almost everything on my list (leaving the one that would have required exploratory demolition for another day). I ended up with a completely new ceiling fixture in my office, fully functional switches and outlets, a new fixture over the kitchen eating peninsula and various code issues that he quickly and efficiently resolved. He was great to work with and had lots of good suggestions along the way.

We hired a brick paver contractor to build a large back patio with seating walls, a planter, outdoor columns, a pergola, and a built in grill surround with the intention of having patio lights installed on each column and on the grill surround, outdoor outlets in the pergola, as well as lighting in the pergola. We thought this contractor would lay the conduit pipes as they prepared the base of the patio. However, they told us that we needed an electrician to do this and the electrician would need to finish the job in 48 to 72 hours so they could continue with their work. I asked around at work to see if anyone knew of a good electrician. A co-worker suggested Herb while noting he did extensive work at their house. I called Herb and explained the urgency. Herb was very accommodating and came out the next day to take a look at what was needed and lay conduit. When our brick paver workmen were unclear in their direction and subsequently conduit was not led to one of our intended stone columns Herb returned quickly to fix this omission. He was understanding, responsive, thorough, and did high quality work at a reasonable price! We will use Herb for any and all future electrical needs at our home!

Courteous and professional. This person answered a call at 9pm and guided me through correcting the problem all by phone right then and there. Clever and honest. He could have come to the house to do the same thing and charged me for a service charge. I will call him again next time.

His price was the most reasonable, he was very professional, and he did good work. I would use him again if necessary.

He definitely knows what he is doing, but his attitude is a problem. He charges very high service rates for something I can get done at half the price through someone else. I would not use them again in the future.

He came out to analyze a problem at my Mother-In-Law's house. The house is approx. 60 years old. Part of the house lights, and outlet were not working. He showed up on time, and started working on the problem. He spent about 3 hours working on the problem. it turned out that one of the light switches malfunctioned, and cutoff all the power in the same circuit. He was very professional, knowledgable, hard worker, and trustworthy. He explained everything as he was going along to help me understand the whole process. Herb is truly a great guy, I wish there were more people like him in this world. I have already told my family, and friends about him, and would definitely use him for any future needs.
