+ -1 moreApartments are nice - but not as nice as the "models" that they show you when you tour the facilities. Very responsive to issues, and the campus and pool are kept very clean. Office help was great. The biggest issue is the rent. They start you at a low rate, and then hike it 12 - 16% per year - at a time when the average rent increase was ~ 4%. So - great place, but be willing (and ready) to move out. They are also sticklers about procedure - so don't miss any dates - for instance, you have to tell them that you intend to end your lease 90 days in advance - or you will end up paying an extremely high rate for the extra month (even if you aren't there!).
Description of Work: Rented an apartment at AMLI at RiverRun for (3) years. Spend rate is per month.
