Our salesperson was very nice at the time of the order, but then we never heard from her again.
Our table/chairs were delivered on 8/8. The table had a problem - the apron did not line-up when the leaf was removed. In addition, the gap cover protuded about 1/2 inch on one side. The gap cover also had a crack. When I called the store they said I could refuse delivery or I could pay the full balance and they would send out a repairman. I chose to send it back and was told they would take a look and decide whether it could be f ixed or if it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer.
I waited a few days and never received a call. When I called, I was told that the table had to be sent back to manufacturer. They could not provide me with any information on what kind of a timeline the repair/replacement process would take.
Table was delivered on 8/29 and problem was corrected. They table is very nice and seems like a good quality, but of course I have my doubts about their quality control since the table had originally been sent out with defects. My main complaint though is that I was never contacted by anyone at the store to express any care/concern that I had received a defective product. No one ever assured me that it was unusual to have a problem with the quality of their furniture. No one ever apologized that I had to take off work on a second date for the delivery. (You do not get a delivery "window" until the day before delivery).
