This company is amazing. I’ve used them twice – once to remove mold in our attic and 10+ years later to remove mold in our basement (both due to separate leaks in each location.) I would highly recommend them. Bob (the owner) and Felix are personable, knowledgeable, reliable, honest, professional and experienced. Their assessment of the problem has always been spot-on and their work is incredibly thorough. They’re the best!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Bob and the work his team did. Bob really knows mold and took the time to look in our other bathroom, basement and attic, (at our request). Bob was honest that every house has some mold and, other than the mold in the master bathroom, our house looked good. He could have lied to make more money but instead he was honest. It was that, along with a reasonable price, that made us go with his company. The scheduling was easy and Felix and his assistant showed up right on time. Everything was sealed off and the machine hooked up before they suited up to start the work. Everything was removed in plastic bags and cleaned up when the machine was removed. Extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend them!

If you have any issues with mold, call Bob right away.  He is honest, easy to work with, knows his business, practical and super effective.
Bob did an amazing job remediating the ceiling in my kitchen that had toxic mold (stachybotrys) and guiding me on how to get my entire unit free of the mold spores.
We were unable to locate the source of the water that created the mold, and Bob took the time to research and flush the toilet upstairs - and uncovered the leak - the toilet dripped a couple of drops of water only when the toilet was flushed.  As a result, we were able to clean up the source of the water.  This was above & beyond what he was asked to do AND very much appreciated.  The contractor who did the original research was unable to find the source of the water.
After carefully remediating the source of the mold, we retested, and found that the mold spores had moved thru out my home - because the contractor who had opened the ceiling left the ceiling open with my furnace running - which spread the spores throughout my home.
Bob guided us on next steps: Bob's team did a complete clean of my entire condo - wiped everything down and left the hepa filters running.  We got the furnace and all the air ducts professionally cleaned.
Bob's work was excellent and very reasonably priced.  He was clear about what was needed and how best for me to spend my resources.  He was responsive to all my questions (i have never dealt with anything like this before).  He took the time to explain what I needed and guide me thru this entire process.
As a result of Bob's work, we eliminated all the toxic mold after our last test.
I HIGHLY recommend Bob to work with any mold remediation.  He is effective, honest and very responsive.  Bob is a joy to work with.
It was a very challenging situation cleaning up this mold issue AND having Bob on my team gave me the grounded approach to handling the mold without having to look for a needle in a haystack and/or pull my entire condo apart.

The two young man that worked very friendly. They worked hard and fast and or even willing to try my homemade smoothie. They unloaded all the contents out of my attic and stack them nicely have another room.

Bob Jones came to the house and gave me an estimate of $1161 to remove the drywall and insulation on most of the east wall of the bedroom, clean the area, and spray the area with a mold inhibitor paint.. This was based on the recommendations of the mold inspector. I agreed to hire him and his crew came within a day or two. They arrived promptly, put down a drop cloth the protect the carpeting on the stairs, and created a completely enclosed area for their work using plastic to cover the floor and the area not included in their work. They used a hepa filter and created a negative air flow so that nothing else would be contaminated. When they left they told me they didn't see any mold, but they treated it since some mold is not readily visible. They left the air cleaner and returned for it 24-hours later. By that time I had talked to the mold inspector and we had cut a hole in the ceiling. We spotted what appeared to be mold. When the Allpro workers came back for their machine Felix looked above the ceiling and he said he saw yellow mold in one section of the ceiling and black mold in another section. So we contacted Bob Jones again. He indicated that it would cost $1432 to have the ceiling and the rest of the east wall treated. The Allpro employees returned within a couple of days. They removed the drywall and insulation in the ceiling, cleaned the area and sprayed with mold inhibitor paint.. This time they left their hepa air machine for 2 days. They did a good job on clean-up and containment. I didn't see any debris and I couldn't smell the paint they used except in the room where they worked.

I was very impressed with Bob as well as his employees. They were on-time, polite and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend using their services.

Felix and Carlos were very prompt, professional, and conscientious. They explained what they were going to do, and were efficient and clean in getting the job done. Calling for repairs on an emergency basis can be stressful, but I feel completely comfortable in recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

The remediation at both locations was absolutely superb. Bob Jones, one of the partners answered all of my questions and made me feel reassured that everything was going to be ok. And not only was it ok it was terrific. At both locations I had the pleasure of meeting Felix, his chief foreman . Felix and his crew were incredible . Felix has a work ethic that I was able to observe and it really was this work ethic that helps make All Pro the go to place for mold remediation.
My home in particular was an adventure because before I did the remediation I knew I had mold but not the extent of it. Felix and his crew helped me through the and quot; unveiling and quot; process as it was quite extensive. However, after they were done I knew it was done right. Everything was explained to me in great detail .
when I needed mold remediation performed at my office the only people I would trust was All Pro. The job went smoothly and I am quite satisfied.

It went excellent, they removed 4 ft of drywall, sanitized the basement and cleaned up very well.

There was a team of two men that came to the house at the time and date that was agreed on. They were very courteous and answered all our questions about the process being used. They brought in all the equipment needed and made sure that they placed a tarp down anywhere they were going to be working. I felt confident in the work they were doing. They were fast and efficient in their work. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and again answered our questions about the process used.

Hopefully, I will not need them again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call AllPro

Allpro was wonderful as was Bob. They were very reasonably priced. They were knowledgeable about their service. They were pleasant and timely. I got quotes and talked to 3 companies and Allpro was by far the best. We were very happy with this service. We found Allpro on Angie's List to begin with. Great find!!

I had the attic done immediately. His crew of two men came out on December 7th. They covered everything with plastic and brought in a machine to filter the air. The removed the mold in the attic which was in the rafter bays and then painted them with a special paint to inhibit mold from coming back. I'm very happy with the work they did in the attic. They were very clean, quiet and professional. They job took just about five hours.
I plan to have them do the basement in the Spring when the weather is warmer. For safety sake, Bob recommended shutting off the furnace for 48 hours after the basement was cleaned and heating the house with electric heaters he would provide. I decided to wait until the weather is warmer when the furnance will be off anyway. Also, I got a call about an illness in the family and wasn't sure if I might need to leave town unexpectedly. I did not want to leave the house if the furnace was shut off.

I had a mold problem received verbal estimates over the phone I asked if they needed to come to the house and see the problem was told no they didn't seemed odd to me. I joined Angie's list found Allpro was recommended very highly it was located in my area so I called. Bob called me back and came out the same day to give me an estimate. While at the house he told me how I could do the work myself. I elected not to and he gave me a very competitive quote. He performed the removal about a week later and all work was very professional.

Allpro went above and beyond for this job. While others would have nickeled and dimed me to death for extras that I wound up needing due to the moisture still present in some exterior walls and having a nervous wife who was pregnant with triplets, Bob never even suggested that he would waiver from the estimate he initially provided. The initial portion of the remediation went smoothly. Bob's crew ripped out the small area in the basement closet which was affected by mold and took the rest of the drywall in that closet out as a precaution, as was suggested by a certified mold inspector who had toured the area a week before the work began. Allpro then applied the solution to kill the mold and let things dry. The next step was the paint the walls and studs with an anti-microbial paint which will encapsulate the concrete and wood. But, the walls and wood need to be sufficiently dry in order for the encapsulation to be effective. My exterior walls were still retaining moisture and the studs were still wet. Now, I'm sure some contractors out there would have told me that it was fine and gone ahead and encapsulated and just have been done with the job. But not Bob and his crew. They were honest and upfront with me. They left a small airscrubber in the closet for the next two weeks while periodically coming back to check to see if the room had dried sufficiently. They came back and total of 4 more times before the room was final dry enough to encapsulate!!! They never took what could have been an easy shortcut and for that I thank them. If you want someone who you can trust to do the job right, use Allpro. You won't be sorry.

My husband and I are both overwhelmingly happy with the professionalism, personableness and service provided by Bob Jones (owner) and his crew, Felix and Manny. Jerry was also very helpful in my contact with him over the phone and emails. They were all very flexible and responsive to our needs and concerns, as they occurred. We felt confident all through this process that we chose the right company for the job. Our expectations were exceeded by far!

Another aspect of Allpro Flood and Fire Restoration that we believe to be very considerate is that the vehicles used are not marked with the company name (which may inform neighbors as to the type of and quot;problemand quot; we are experiencing). The level of knowledge and straight-forward nature of Bob Jones contributed to our final decision to hire AllPro Flood and Fire Restoration. Bob is not a heavy salesperson; he told me what he thought was not necesssary, as well as, what he believed to be advantageous. It was also very assuring that AllPro did not indicate that we needed to vacate our home during the time they performed the work, as many other remediation companies told me. They suggested that it might be more comfortable for us to go out for a portion of the time but it was by no means a requirement. We stayed home the whole time without any harsh smells from the Fiberlock-Shockwave fungicide used.

I walked several companies through our home before making a decision to hire AllPro. One was extremely high priced, another was high priced, and about 3 were in the same range as AllPro. There was periodic mold forming near the ceiling of our basement entryway, and our well house was getting moldy at times, and we wanted to get remediation. So, we contacted AllPro and reviewing options on Angie's List. Bob Jones, the owner, responded quickly to our query and came out for inspection and estimate as soon as we could schedule him. By the next day after inspection he had given us a quote, with detailed explanation of what remediation would be done. Within four days we were able to schedule the work, and his assistant Justice completed it quickly and thoroughly in about two hours. We are very pleased with the result.We have not rated the price of the service, because we do not have another comparison. Instead, we decided that he price was reasonable for the work they had to do to complete the remediation, and we were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Bob Jones.
We were especially impressed by the safety measures that were used. A HEPA-filtered fan was set-up and used throughout the process of remediation, increasing respiratory safety to the household as well as the worker.
In addition, we received extra value from the owner Bob Jones who gave us tips on preventing odor from escaping from basement sewer drains which had backed up when the electric power failed to the pump. He explained about the cause of another mold problem in the basement entryway, checking for proper insulation in the attic as part of the inspection. He gave us tips for how to remediate this problem on our own, which were minor steps that we were glad to pursue by ourselves.
When the project was complete, Justice removed all debris and even set up one of our fans outside the well house to disperse the paint fumes and improve the drying rate.
