+ 1 moreArturas gave an estimate that I knew was fair based on earlier homes. His work and craftsmanship is known around the neighborhood, so I accepted. Everything went smoothly. Rain came about 24 hours earlier than forecast, so Arturas himself was on the roof at dusk to ensure the roof was watertight. The day after, the crew finished the job (as scheduled). The job also included new gutters and downspouts, and a minor repair of aluminum siding.
