Never consider using this company. I dealt with Dustin, he was completely unprofessional, and he did not get my business. He assured me that he could get the insurance adjuster to approve a new roof. The morning we met with the adjuster he pressured me to sign a contract with his company before we had any idea what the insurance was going to say. When I dared to tell him that I didn't feel comfortable being locked in by the contract and that I wanted to get quotes from other companies, he abruptly left and told me " good luck with the adjuster without me." I called a week later to see if this company still wanted a chance at my job, he said that he no longer wished to do business with me. When I asked why, he stated that "he took my actions personally, refused to feel like a second choice as a prom date." This man has a lot to learn about business and professionalism. I would never recommend this company or Dustin to anyone that I know.
