We've been working with A-All Temp for more than 15 years and have always received exceptional, reliable and trustworthy service. They are always looking out for their customers to make sure they have the right equipment for their home. They won't sell you something you don't need. Ray, Mary and the rest of the team are consummate professionals and delightful to work with. We wouldn't use anyone else!

My only water heater stopped working on Monday early morning. I called up AO Smith and got A All Temp's reference who were their authorized service provider. I was given a quote of $89 plus $202 for the repair of my water heater over phone. I knew exactly what part was wrong, and I had sent them all the details they need over email explaining everything including what the error message, what the symptoms were and what parts were the suspect. I had requested them to carry those parts in hand so that they could repair the same day. I was told that they carry all the parts thats needed for my water heater and will be taken care. They sent a person on Monday to take a look, he took and a look and confirmed that it was the same part I wrote in my email which is bad and it needs a replacement. He didn't bring the part (the one I email them to bring during the visit). Since its under warranty, I was asked to call AO Smith to get a reference number. I called AO Smith and didn't get any response until Tuesday mid day. With emails going through with CC on both AO Smith and A All Temp on CC, A All Temp went ahead and decided to procure the product from a distributor and fix it for me. They told that they would fix it the next day. Tuesday evening I called them up to learn that the part is not available and they need to order and it will take a day for them to get it to my home. Thursday I call them again to find that the part has shipped but due to air breaks on truck and safety reasons, the part has still not been delivered and it will reach the distributor on Friday and they will install by 11AM Friday. 12:30 afteroon on Friday, I call them up to find out that the item has still not reached the distributor and they were going to get someone out to my home by 4PM. Ultimately the person arrived at 2:30, spent around 1:15 minutes (took a break in between for half hour) and fixed the water heater. They charged me a total of $368 for fixing my water heater which was still under warranty and the part was covered by AO Smith - for a less than 2 hour repair work. And took 4 days to complete the repair. I would never call them again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

It was good when I found them. I want to say it was about $600 for the heater coil.

I got them off of Angie’s List. They are good. They are always on time and professional. I have an annual service agreement with them. It’s usually, I think about $450 a year to do both the furnace and the A/C. Two visits for $450. I have been using them for probably 2 years.

Was a great service call.  Company was prompt, polite and knowledgeable.  Repairs were done in record time.  Will use A All Temp in the future.

Did an excellent job with scheduling and showing up ontime. Performed the work as expected, would certainly recommend to a friend and plan on using them for next year's service.

Service is excellent!  Ray and crew have been servicing my furnace and air conditioner for at least the last 10 years.  Always professional, reasonable, knowledgeable, flexible and able to work with my crazy schedule.

This was Angie's List Big Deal. Serviceman came promptly.  Answered questions. Took about 30 minutes. However, he did not leave a receipt which I like to have for records of maintenance.

Jack and his team were very responsive to both email and phone calls.  He gave me a list of possible options to go with and was reasonable to negotiate with the final price on the option that I felt was the best fit.
His technician arrived punctually at the appointed time and completed the install and setup with very little trouble and no mess.

They did a great job removing our old furnace and installing a new energy efficient Bryant furnace.

All Temp came through again. The roof sprung a leak and water was leaking into the furnace. I called All Temp at 400AM to schedule a service call. Edwin Gutierrez showed up right on time. He diagnosed the water damage and was able to present me with alternatives and cost estimates on the spot. All Temp is the best!

It has gone great and everything is fine.

They were excellent, and so was their price. They did what they said they were going to do. The system is still running well. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They always did a good job, but in 2006 and 2007, started hinting that I needed a new furnace. I got another opinion, and they said that the furnace and heat exchanger were fine. I switched to another company. But their service was fine, up until the sell job in the last few years.
