They are pretty good. You can always get appointments and they tell you what it's going to cost before. Sometimes they don't always know everything about every model of car. Sometimes it's a little longer because they don't know who the car dealer was.

Excellent service. Appointments start on time. Waiting area is clean. Polite staff who always ask if you have a coupon. Takes about an hour for an oil change but they also inspect your vehicle and test the battery. Tire rotation is free if you have Firestone tires. Price is about standard for an oil change. A trustworthy place for vehicle maintenance.

They were prompt. I have gone once where I needed a specific part and they didn't have it. I had to have someone pick me up and they kept my car over night. The hose in my car needed replaced because it had a hole in it. If you have an appointment they will work on your car at the scheduled time. If you show up they will take care of you, but normally there is a wait. I would suggest scheduling an appointment. I have gone to this provider several times and they done a good job.

We have taken our cars here for many years. It was easy to make an appointment. The car was ready when promised. It has been running well.

Their professionalism was good at times and other times it was bad so I wasn't sure if I wanted to go back to them. I ended up going to them the second time and they did a better job. I would use them again for the routine stuff. I have a really old car, that's why I took it there and I wouldn't bring a good car to them.

It cost me less than $50. They were a familiar name that I found and there was nothing in particular that stood out to me about them. I was impressed by the staff as they gave me some good recommendations and they also did not do some work that I was initially looking to get done because it was not required to be done. They seemed honest. There was nothing that I felt that they could improve upon. It was a reasonable service and nothing that blew me away as it was what I had expected.

If you are a credit card member you get a discount. They keep you in touch with what they are doing and they get your approval. They will tell you the problem and how much it will cost before they do the work. I would highly recommend them. They keep you informed and are very knowledgeable. They will tell you if you need to go back to your dealership to let them know of problems that you are encountering. You could probably find it cheaper if you hunted around. Sometimes they offer coupons. Their mechanics keep on top of situations and I like them. They give you advice.

They had very quick service and they were prompt and professional. I was very impressed with them. Although I can't recall the price, I know they beat all the prices of other estimates I had gotten.

They told me it would be 90 minutes and that no one could take me home. I walked home 1.5 miles. FOUR HOURS later I called and they said they hadn't prioritized the work because I wasn't sitting there waiting! I had made a point of saying I had things to do that afternoon requiring the car. It was two hours after that before I got my car, and it really threw off my day. They charged me for both tires even though the one tire just had a valve not tightened. Three months ago they checked that tire for me so THEY were the reason the valve wasn't tight! When I told him that, he said, "You can't prove that." Plus, I have paid less than $10 in the past for a tire patch so this seemed really high. When I need new tires I think I will go elsewhere.

They did a very thorough job, get me in on time, and did a great job. I would certainly use them again.

FIRESTONE IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND REASONABLE IN THEIR DIAGNOSIS OF CAR PROBLEMS. WE GET OUR OIL CHANGED THERE APPROXIMATELY EVERY 3 MONTHS, AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A HARD SELL AS FAR AS OTHER SERVICES ''DIAGNOSED.'' ALSO, WE RECENTLY HAD BAD CODE LIGHTS GOING OFF AND THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. IN FACT, THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALER.
