Shaun contacted us via text shortly after this posted and arranged to fix the grout and finish the job he finished on the 14 September.
Shaun installed 120sqft of tile and came back the next day to grout. After grouting he told me he would be back the next day to put down the new transitions and took one of my existing transitions so he could get the right color for my floors. I paid him $600 that evening. He did not return to install my transitions, and has not answered or returned my calls in more than 4 weeks. I have also texted him a picture and left several messages about a flaw (the grout chipped off a shallow blue spacer in the middle of my floor) that I thought he should fix. Talking to him before I hired him he told me that any professional worth there salt should stand behind there work. I guess the irony of his statement falls negatively on him. He has not stood behind his work, he hasn't even finished it. Very unprofessional.
